These projects will vary in scope and duration, and we're looking to connect with qualified professionals who can support commercial, industrial, and energy-sector construction environments on both short- and long-term engagements.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate will hold a recognized provincial or national safety designation (such as CRSP, CHSC, NCSO, or CSO) and have a minimum of five years of experience in construction or the energy sector. You will be adaptable, proactive, and able to step into new environments with professionalism and confidence.General DutiesOversee and support site-level health and safety activities in compliance with provincial regulations and company policiesConduct safety orientations, toolbox talks, and on-site inspectionsIdentify and mitigate potential hazards, ensuring continuous improvement in safety practicesCollaborate with project teams, management, and subcontractors to maintain safe work environmentsComplete and submit incident reports, safety documentation, and progress updates as requiredRequirementsRecognized provincial or national health & safety designation (e.g., CRSP, CHSC, NCSO, CSO)Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial, industrial, or energy-sector construction environmentsStrong knowledge of provincial safety legislation and site proceduresExcellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and adapt to changing project requirementsCompensationCompensation and duties vary by project, location, and candidate experience.
