In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the long-term strategic direction of the company by analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to Head of Corporate Strategy. You will play a pivotal role in driving corporate initiatives and ensuring that strategic plans align with the company's goals and objectives.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research, identify growth opportunities and communicate to senior leadership on the impacts and risks.Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making, with key focus on company profitability.Lead capital budgeting efforts, including project evaluation and resource allocation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth initiatives.Perform business analysis and data analysis to evaluate strategic initiatives and their financial impacts.Utilize data visualization and data analysis tools to create insightful reports and dashboards.Deliver advanced presentations of insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide strategic initiatives.Involve in end to end fundraising activities, M&A, and restructuring activities and providing the necessary documents.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate strategy, business & financial analysis, or a related fieldStrong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and market research.Excellent presentation skills with a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and commercial awareness.A track record of innovation and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.Attributes:Self-motivated and results-driven.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.High level of professionalism and integrity.
