Cost Control Officer

We are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences with a strong emphasis on quality, sustainability, and profitability.We are now seeking a dynamic Cost Control Officer to join our growing team and help enhance cost efficiency and operational excellence across the group.COST CONTROL OFFICERWHAT YOU WILL BE OVERSEEING• Monitor and analyze Food & Beverage (F&B), Rooms, and operational costs across all W15 properties.• Prepare accurate and timely monthly cost reports and variance analyses.• Oversee inventory and stock control processes; conduct and verify stock counts.• Ensure all procurement adheres to approved supplier agreements and pricing.• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in collaboration with property teams.• Monitor recipe costing, portion control, and wastage at the property level.• Conduct internal audits of stock movements, receiving processes, and compliance with SOPs.• Support the Finance and Operations teams with actionable insights and cost optimization recommendations.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR• Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role (hotel or hospitality sector experience preferred).• Strong understanding of inventory control, cost accounting, and purchasing best practices.• Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with PMS/POS systems (experience with eZee is a plus).
