Job description:Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Country Manager to oversee sales operations across Iraq Market, located in Iraq, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and developing market strategies to expand the company’s presence in the region. Key Responsibilities:  Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for home appliances in Iraq Market. Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and business partners. Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand market share. Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to develop competitive strategies. Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing training and guidance to improve performance. Manage PSI with channel partner to be able to review future business plan. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns and product positioning strategies. Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for senior management. Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulations.  Qualifications & Skills:  Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience in the home appliance or consumer electronics industry. Proven track record of managing sales operations and achieving targets in Iraq Market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Strong knowledge of distribution channels and retail landscape in the region. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and adapt to a dynamic market environment. Fluency in English.
