The responsibilities include managing sales activities, creating effective marketing strategies, building strong relationships with customers, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and providing training or support to team members as needed. The role requires consistent collaboration with team members to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.Experience in Training and mentoring team members to develop their skills and enhance performance.Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.Proficiency with CRM software and digital marketing tools is an advantage.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial.
