The Real Estate Consultant will advise clients on buying, selling, or leasing properties, conduct market research, prepare property listings, and assist with paperwork and documentation. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, building client relationships, and staying informed about market trends. The consultant will also participate in training sessions to improve skills and stay updated on industry standards. Qualifications Proven knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property marketsStrong Sales and Negotiation skillsExperience with client Training and consultationExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid settingProfessional fluency in Arabic; proficiency in English is an advantageRelevant certifications or a real estate license is a plus
