The estimated monthly trading volume in an average of USD 100B executed by 100,000 retail investors, professional traders, and financial institution clients.ZFX is licensed as a Securities Dealer by the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles.Overview:We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Head of Business Development passionate about sales leadership and business-driven experience in Forex/Crypto to join our Regional Business team in Vietnam. The candidate will be ultimately responsible for the regional business; provide leadership for the sales team, drive and thrive for a healthy and prosperous business growth for the region. You will be working with both internal / stakeholders so you must be proactive, resilient and strong in communication in English and Vietnamese to meet the needs of the business.Experience and Knowledge in FOREX & TRADING is essential for this rolePrincipal AccountabilitiesWork closely with group board members to set out an effective regional marketing and sales strategy and targetWork closely with HRM and department heads to set out clear goals for each department and align with the company targetGather feedbacks across departments and ensure business needs are identified and delivered efficientlyWork closely with Group Products department for new requirement and project implementationResearch and analyze market trend, detailed competitor analysis, adjust business strategy accordinglyRecruit, lead, mentor and inspire Sales team (leaders and individuals) to ensure sales targets are met;Conduct/supervise regular training sessions across all departments to ensure good business knowledge across all departments;Ensure comprehensive procedure and appropriate corporate governance are in place and accurately documentedApprove regional OPEXEnsure a pleasant and safe work environment for all staffKey Competencies & QualificationsBachelor degree or aboveMinimum 3 years of experience in financial services sectorMinimum 5-years of experience in management positionA proven track record of successfully leading and motivating diverse teamsA retail facing experience will be a plusIn-depth knowledge of corporate tax lawAble to work full time in VietnamAble to work under pressure and great dedicationStrong pro-activeness and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication & Negotiation skillEnglish and Vietnamese fluency is essential to this vacancy
