They oversee a team of art directors, designers, copywriters, strategists, and content creators, providing direction and inspiration to produce compelling visual and written content across multiple platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of storytelling, brand identity, and market trends to craft impactful narratives that resonate with audiences. The Creative Director also collaborates closely with account managers and clients to translate business goals into bold, effective creative strategies.ResponsibilitiesThis role requires a passionate and strategic creative leader who can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution while ensuring all creative work supports client goals and agency success. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to;Creative Leadership+StrategyBring forth and inspire culture defining ideas for brands.Define and maintain the creative vision for all internal and external projects.Oversee the production of all creative materials, ensuring they align with client strategies, industry trends, and platform best practices.Develop and uphold brand style guides, including visual identity, voice, and tone, for both clients and the agency.Spearhead ideation and execution of creative concepts that push boundaries while delivering measurable results.Stay ahead of industry trends and proactively evolve creative strategies to enhance client work.Team Management+DevelopmentLead, mentor, and cultivate the career growth of the creative team, ensuring a high standard of work.Supervise daily workflow, assigning projects, setting deadlines, and managing resources efficiently.Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of creative staff to foster a dynamic and collaborative work environment.Ensure creative team profitability by monitoring alongside designate account director’s scope-of-work hours, actual time spent, and utilization rates.Project Execution+Quality ControlEnsure all creative deliverables meet brand guidelines, social platform best practices, and quality standards.Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Copywriters to develop compelling content and marketing assets.Oversee storyboarding, creative mock-ups, and shot lists to ensure strategic alignment.Manage external creative resources, including photographers, videographers, and freelance designers.Provide on-site creative direction for in-house or remote content shoots.Business Growth+Agency MarketingLead creative development for new business pitches and client presentations.Develop engaging proposals and ensure creative ideas align with strategic goals.Drive agency marketing efforts by identifying opportunities to increase visibility and brand awareness.Collaborate with leadership to refine and evolve Multiply’s brand identity, marketing materials, and digital presence.Office Administration+ManagementHUSTLE HARD:Establish and maintain a strong organizational system that ensures all deadlines are met and priorities are established daily, weekly, and monthly.Apply high attention to detail while juggling multiple priorities at onceShow passion for your work and put forth your best effort in everything you doWORK HAPPY:Ensure good work is acknowledged and mistakes are dealt with properly/respectfully.Actively participating in company initiatives and meetingsDemonstrate sound judgment and discretion for conflict resolutionThink entrepreneurially and contribute positively to Multiply’s culturePEOPLE FIRST:Offer help and advice to team members (even those not on your account teams)Be a positive role model within the officeCoach (and challenge) junior team members to propel their career growthQualifications5+ years of agency experience leading creative teams in PR, social, or integrated marketing with a portfolio demonstrating campaign conceptualization across multiple disciplines (copy, design, video, influencer activation)Proven track record of developing creative strategies for consumer/lifestyle brands, particularly in food, beverage, or technology sectorsStrong leadership and mentorship skills with ability to elevate team output, provide constructive feedback, and drive creative excellenceDeep understanding of platform-native content and emerging social trends; ability to translate strategic briefs into culturally relevant creative executionsExperience managing creative projects from inception through delivery, including stakeholder management and client presentationsProficiency with design/creative tools and collaboration software; familiarity with data-driven creative optimizationCompany Benefits100% Remote, within NYC metro area preferred100% paid Health insuranceDental, Vision, Life, Disability insurance options with access to mental health advisorsFSA/HSA options401(k) program Weekly Wellness HoursUnlimited Vacation Days11 Company HolidaysClosed Between Dec. 23 and Jan. 2Quarterly RetreatsBest in class technology and systemsSalary Range $200-$250k
