Alongside our client work, we also operate and grow a portfolio of in-house lead-generating brands and websites, which provide opportunities for creative freedom and large-scale content production.About the RoleWe’re seeking a talented and creative Photographer/Videographer to join our growing in-house team in Jupiter, FL. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on producing high-quality photo and video content for our clients and internal brands.The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition and storytelling, experience creating polished content for marketing and social platforms, and a proactive approach to managing shoots from concept to delivery. This role will involve a mix of planned content shoots, brand storytelling, and event coverage — including some evening and weekend projects.ResponsibilitiesCapture professional photos and videos for client and internal brand projects.Edit and deliver engaging, high-quality visual content for marketing and social use.Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on shot lists, concepts, and content plans.Operate and manage drone footage for aerial photography and videography.Organize and maintain media assets and storage drives.Assist in developing and executing social media content strategies.Cover after-hours and weekend events as needed.RequirementsMust be local to Jupiter, FL — this is an on-site, full-time role.2–3+ years of professional photography/videography experience.Must provide own equipment (camera, drone, lighting, storage drives, etc.).Strong editing skills (photo + video) Proficient in composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.Drone certification and social media management experience preferred.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $50,000–$70,000, based on experience.Opportunity to work on diverse projects across multiple industries.Collaborative, creative team environment.Growth potential within a dynamic, expanding agency.
