Job Description As a Creative Director, you'll spearhead the creative vision across all fronts - from marketing assets to in-game visuals. You'll oversee every creative decision, ensuring every pixel, color, and movement reflects a unified artistic direction that connects with players and strengthens the brand's identity. Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar)The Qualifications We SeekMinimum 5 years of creative industry experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership or art direction role.Experience building and leading creative teams and developing visual processes from scratch.Proven expertise in concept development, storytelling, and creative strategy for marketing and gaming.Demonstrated ability to oversee all creative outputs, from UI/UX to 3D environments and VFX.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya, Figma, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.Familiarity with Unity game engine (highly preferred).Strong balance between creative vision and practical execution.Excellent leadership and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.Results-driven approach focused on creativity that delivers measurable engagement.Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Game Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience.Must have hands-on experience in the gaming industry, with a deep understanding of design aesthetics, engagement, and production.Your Daily TasksEnsure the creative direction aligns with marketing and technical goals, meeting weekly deadlines.Develop a 3-6 month creative plan, including reports, trends, and visual priorities.Oversee store listing assets such as screenshots, app icons, and promotional materials.Define whether mobile game visuals and ad creatives should be synchronized or distinct.Plan UI design and user experience-covering layout, color schemes, animations, and transitions.Deliver complete design assets with documentation for seamless developer handoff.Direct the style and design of 3D models, environments, weapons, and other in-game elements.Lead visual storytelling for video trailers, promotional clips, and creative storyboards.Maintain visual consistency across marketing, in-game design, and social media.Stay updated on creative trends, ensuring fresh and competitive outputs.Collaborate across departments to align creative strategies with development and marketing goals.Lead, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve world-class visual storytelling and design execution.About the Client Designing the Future of Interactive Imagination.
