Currently recruiting on behalf of an agency for the role of Creative Strategist, a thinker, storyteller, and strategist who can connect people, culture, and brands in meaningful ways.The ideal candidate blends insight, creativity, and clarity — turning briefs into ideas that inspire action and drive real results.The Creative Strategist will be a dynamic and curious individual with the ability to bridge the gap between insight and execution. You’ll work at the intersection of research, storytelling, creative ideation, and brand strategy — crafting compelling concepts that guide campaigns, content, and digital experiences.  Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role ensures the successful execution of key account strategies while driving continuous improvement in engagement, retention, and overall client satisfaction.  The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in account management, sales operations, customer engagement, and innovation-driven problem-solving.  Key Responsibilities:  Strategy Development:  Translate business objectives,  audience insights,  and cultural trends into compelling creative strategies and campaign ideas.  Develop brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and integrated campaign roadmaps.  Own and write creative briefs that inspire cross-functional teams.  Creative Collaboration:  Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and media teams to shape and guide creative execution.  Lead ideation sessions and contribute thought leadership to brainstorms and pitches.  Team & Community Management  Manage and mentor a team of Community Managers — setting standards for voice, tone, and responsiveness.  Oversee daily social community operations across all platforms, ensuring consistency with brand personality.  Set and track KPIs for engagement, sentiment, and response time; use insights to inform strategy.  Client Interaction  Serve as a strategic partner to clients — presenting ideas, leading strategy conversations, and articulating the “why” behind your thinking.  Collaborate with Account Managers to align client objectives with creative execution and community strategy.  Trend, Research & Insight  Conduct competitive audits, audience research, and platform trend analysis.  Leverage social listening tools and analytics to extract insights and optimize messaging.  Content & Channel Planning  Define content pillars, tone-of-voice guidelines, and storytelling formats across channels.  Guide the roll-out and optimization of content across social, web, and other digital platforms.  What You Need to Be Successful in This Role:  3-5 years of experience in a creative strategy or brand planning role (agency experience preferred)Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and audience engagement across platforms (social, web, email, paid media)Ability to synthesize data, trends, and research into compelling strategic narratives  Exceptional communication and presentation skills Proven experience writing briefs and leading ideation sessions Familiarity with tools like Keynote, Google Suite, Miro, and analytics platforms  A creative, collaborative mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude  Complete the application form : https://forms.gle/d1WKTew9h9kQCoe77No Agency Required.
