Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is proud to partner with a TikTok Talent & Marketing Agency in their search for a Creator Manager based Remotely.Salary Range: ₱35,000 - ₱85,000Work Setup: RemoteShift Schedule: Flexible ShiftLocation: RemoteYour Responsibilities Provide daily service and support to TikTok LIVE creators, answer questions, deliver platform updates, and respond to creator feedback in a timely manner. Enhance creator engagement and content performance through data monitoring, event organization, and content interaction. Encourage existing creators to refer new creators and help the team expand a quality creator pool. Organize and communicate various platform activities, training sessions, and reward programs to boost creator participation and engagement. Complete daily communications, information recording, and reporting as required, ensuring efficient and effective service and communication.What We're Looking For Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to foster effective collaboration between the team and creators. Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred. Familiarity with livestreaming platforms, community management, creator services, or TikTok operations.
