Salary Range: $61,000.00- $84,000.00What You'll DoAs noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.Work On & Off Par reporting for assigned groups and transitions Flight Attendants to Level 2+ when warrantedLeads all attendance conversation in base & updates APS regularly with documentation Processes mitigation in line with contractual & company policy in collaboration with FSM and local base management Local contact for reinstatement, leave policy questions including FMLA & Medical leavesSupport local base operations and local APFACoaches and counsels’ FAs to ensure understanding and compliance of all Company and departmental policies, procedures and regulationsInitiates appropriate corrective action, up to and including dismissalParticipates in task forces and planning activities to problem solve and plan the future direction of the departmentSupports various initiatives set by Flight Service Ability to work shift work, including weekends and holidaysAll you'll need for successMinimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentPreferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job ExperienceCurrent Flight Service, Passenger Service or Passenger Sales experienceFlight Attendant experienceKnowledge and experience in American specific systems including SABRE, NAVIA, Case Manager, Attendance & Performance System/FlightCAPs. Skills, Licenses, And CertificationsKnowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookExcellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skill Knowledge of working with a contract labor groupAbility to effectively coordinate multiple projects at the same timeMust fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicableAbility to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badgesWhat You'll GetFeel free to take advantage of all that American Airlines has to offer:Travel Perks: Ready to explore the world?
