Crew Scheduler - Mumbai

1 Develop and maintain schedules for Loadmasters in alignment with operational requirements2 Manage last-minute changes such as flight delays, cancellations, Loadmaster swaps, and loadadjustments3 Coordinate Trainings for Loadmaster scheduling in line with recurrent and initial training sessions4 Ensure compliance with Aviation regulatory duty and rest limitations5 Maintain accurate records of all scheduling activities and crew/LM assignments as per company processSOP6 Adjust schedules proactively in response to operational disruptions, weather, maintenance issues, orclient requirements7 Support LM scheduling plan by coordinating aircraft weight and balance data with assigned Loadmasters8 Maintain crew rosters and ensure all scheduling documentation is up to date9 Understand country specific immigration requirements and restrictionsSkills: crew,loadmaster,crew resource management,scheduling,crew coordination,aviation,crew supervision,aircraft,crew scheduling,schedules,subcontractor/crew supervision
