🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Lifecycle Management • Own the end-to-end retention strategy using WebEngage Journeys, Segments, and Campaigns. • Build, manage, and optimize automated workflows for onboarding, engagement, churn reduction, and win-back campaigns. • Develop segmentation strategies (RFM, churn probability, behavioral events) to deliver personalized communications.Campaign Execution • Create and deploy campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, In-App banners) via CRM platforms. • Run A/B and multivariate tests on messaging, creatives, and timing to improve CTR, CVR, and retention rates. • Ensure brand voice and consistency in all retention communications.Analytics & Reporting • Track and report KPIs: Delivered %, Open Rate, CTR, CVR, Conversions, Revenue Contribution, and CLTV. • Monitor and troubleshoot event tracking, payloads, and data models for accuracy. • Share insights with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to refine customer strategies.Optimization & Growth • Use nested segments and advanced filters to target high-value customers. • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and re-engage inactive customers. • Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance customer journey touchpoints.🔹 Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field. • Proven experience (2–4 years) in Retention/CRM Marketing, ideally with WebEngage or similar CRM platforms (MoEngage, Clevertap, Braze). • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, or BI tools. • Understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and lifecycle campaigns. • Hands-on knowledge of A/B testing, conversion funnels, and cohort analysis. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.🔹 Preferred Skills • Experience in eCommerce, Beauty, or Luxury Retail sectors. • Familiarity with Salla, Shopify, or other eCommerce platforms integrated with WebEngage. • Ability to troubleshoot WebEngage API, event mapping, and payload discrepancies. • Knowledge of Arabic and English communications is a plus.
