Job Description

ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic and operational plans for the activities of the Department and oversee their implementation following approval.Supervise affiliated administrative units and ensure effective coordination to achieve integration across activities and optimal utilization of available resources.Oversee the development of marketing plans and programs related to all promotional activities for the organization’s products, and ensure effective execution while continuously enhancing these plans to preserve the organization’s distinguished market position.Monitor and control all marketing activities to minimize errors, track deviations, and ensure corrective actions.Oversee marketing advertising campaigns, evaluate their effectiveness, identify weaknesses or gaps, and ensure corrective measures are implemented.Supervise the preparation of studies required prior to formulating marketing strategies to ensure the selection of the most effective strategic approach for maximizing returns on marketing campaigns.Oversee the identification and assessment of marketing opportunities for the organization through analysis of key factors, including financial, technological, and environmental variables.Supervise the planning of marketing campaigns for the organization’s real estate and housing products in coordination with relevant administrative units.Oversee media monitoring and analysis of all published content related to the organization, in coordination with concerned units, and prepare the required reports.Supervise media coverage of the organization’s events, initiatives, and activities.Oversee the management and organization of external events and activities related to the organization.Oversee coordination of official visits for the organization’s leadership internally and internationally in collaboration with relevant units.Supervise the organization’s participation in local and international exhibitions in coordination with the concerned administrative units.Oversee all content published on the organization’s website and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with communication standards.Participate in developing performance measurement indicators for all activities related to the Department, and ensure their continuous review and enhancement. QualificationsMinimum of 12 years of professional experience.At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or an equivalent field directly related to the role’s responsibilities.
