Job Description

As a CRM Developer, the Consultant is expected to perform tasks including but not limited to the following responsibilities:Collaborate with the team to deliver projects and initiatives within the specified timelines.Possess 1–2 years of hands-on experience in C#.NET and JavaScript development.Learn and contribute to Dynamics 365 and API integration development.Understand and translate business requirements provided by users into technical solutions.Assist team leads with documentation, flowcharts, database schema design, Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Design Specification Documents (DSD).Work closely with Business Analysts to clarify and refine requirements.Work independently to solve complex problems and contribute to process improvements and strategic planning.Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to ensure timely project delivery.Deliver high-quality, stable, and maintainable applications with minimal defects.Provide post-deployment support, promptly identifying and resolving issues.
