You will play a key role in shaping seamless, secure, and compliant user account experiences that support millions of users across Indonesia.What You Will Do:Manage the full product lifecycle of Lending features from discovery to release and continuous monitoring.Analyze user behavior, pain points, and market trends to identify product improvement opportunities and innovative solutions.Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering skill growth and cross-functional collaboration.Write clear and comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create intuitive, secure, and scalable user experiences.Work closely with business, legal, and compliance, and any other departments/teams to ensure accuracy, alignment, and regulatory compliance.Monitor product performance using data and user feedback; identify and prioritize optimizations based on insights.Support go-to-market (GTM) activities by collaborating with marketing, customer service, and operations teams for smooth product rollouts.Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.Stay updated on Lending market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.What You Will Need:Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Project Management, or related fields (internship experience counts!).Experience in Digital Lending / Fintech will be preferred.Strong analytical thinking – comfortable with data, user research, and A/B testing basics.Clear and effective leadership skills – ability to lead a functional team of engineers, designers, and associate product manager.Able to manage stakeholders effectively - strong presentation skills and perception towards senior leadership needs.🎯 Ready to Apply?If you're passionate about innovation and eager to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.
