Head of Product Delivery

Our client is building AI Super Agents for global enterprises, advanced systems that transform enterprise workflows through AI-driven automation and intelligence. We are seeking a Head of Product Delivery to lead the end-to-end execution of these AI deployments across multiple regions.This is not a coordination role; it’s full-stack command in the field. You will partner with CXOs, engineers, and delivery partners to turn complex AI implementations into measurable business outcomes.If you thrive where precision meets chaos, and can both lead and build, this role offers the chance to bring order and velocity to the front lines of AI delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End AI Delivery: Lead integrations, architecture, data flows, user enablement, and production rollout for enterprise-grade AI deployments.Client Leadership: Manage client communications directly, lead meetings with CXOs, define clear scope boundaries, and enforce accountability on delivery expectations.Partner Orchestration: Oversee and guide delivery partners, empower high performers and take direct control of underperforming delivery tracks when necessary.Rituals & Escalation Frameworks: Establish predictable operating cadences such as standups, SLA checkpoints, and risk ladders, without introducing bureaucratic delays.Hands-On Engineering Support: Step in personally to debug, patch, or rewrite code when critical delivery blockers arise, ensuring execution continuity and quality.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with:CTO – Platform & Technical ExcellenceCBO – Enterprise Growth & Commercial ExpansionCountry Heads – Regional growth and stakeholder alignmentKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)All active enterprise projects maintain clear cadence, ownership, and next milestones.Escalations resolved proactively before clients experience service issues.Delivery partners consistently perform under your framework or have critical tracks taken over successfully.Hands-on delivery impact: personally ship fixes or components at least twice within the first 3 months.Earn visible trust from executive leadership through demonstrated problem-solving, not presentations.Must-Have Skills & Experience8+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack engineering, AI product delivery, or enterprise-grade implementations.Strong technical foundation across backend, frontend, API, and cloud engineering (Python, Node.js, JavaScript, LLM, or automation pipelines preferred).Proven experience delivering or integrating AI/LLM/data automation products in production.Structured and assertive leadership style. Able to enforce clarity, cadence, and process without slowing execution.Exceptional stakeholder management across CXOs, engineers, and delivery partners.Fluent English communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia optional).Willingness to operate across India / SEA / EU / US time zones as needed.Nice to HaveExperience in delivery-first AI/SaaS companies such as Palantir, Snowflake, UiPath, Accenture Digital, or Anduril.Proven ability to rescue failing projects and restore delivery rhythm without escalation drama.Prior experience building delivery playbooks or frameworks.Who Should Not ApplyThose who only “manage” but do not build.Candidates without hands-on coding experience.Those who rely on tracking tasks rather than driving outcomes.Individuals who need perfect scope before acting.
