As a family, we work cohesively, collaboratively, value entrepreneurship, and do whatever it takes to deliver happiness in a living space.About the Role:We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Management team to lead product initiatives within the Stay Hospitality (Operations) Tribe. This role will oversee both online and offline products, focusing on delivering exceptional end-user experiences and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be the bridge between technology, operations, and customer experience, designing scalable systems and products that make our ground operations more efficient and enhance our overall Tenant experience throughout Rukita Property. Responsibilities:Own and grow multiple product lines, driving continuous improvement in user experience, operational processes, and product performanceIdentify key opportunities by understanding customer pain points, field challenges, and market trends - translating these insights into actionable product strategiesLead cross-functional collaboration across operations, engineering, customer service, and data teams to deliver impactful product outcomesUse data-driven insights and strong product intuition to define problems, craft solutions, and validate outcomesConstantly identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or pain points in the operational ecosystemAct as the “translator” between tech and operations - ensuring both sides align on problem definition, priorities, and expected impactDefine and track success metrics for product adoption, business impact, and customer satisfaction, driving accountability and continuous improvementQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years in operations-related or platform/internal tools productsProven track record working in hospitality, property tech, travel, retail, logistics, or other operations-heavy industriesProven experience managing consumer-facing, large-scale products in a fast-paced or startup environmentDeep operational empathy, comfortable spending time on the ground to observe and learnStrong system and process thinking, must be comfortable mapping complex, multi-step workflowsData-driven mindset with hands-on experience collaborating with data teams and leveraging insights for product decisionsExcellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence across departmentsCreative and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomesComfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-changing environment, balancing short-term priorities with long-term strategy
