This position bridges analytics and strategy, empowering teams to make informed decisions that drive growth and customer satisfaction across all business functions.Key Responsibilities • Collect, analyze, and interpret customer data from multiple channels, including digital, CRM, and sales platforms • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key insights and emerging trends • Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to translate findings into strategic initiatives • Conduct segmentation, churn, and lifetime value analysis to support customer retention and acquisition goals • Monitor customer feedback and sentiment to identify opportunities for product and service improvement • Support A/B testing and campaign performance reviews with data-driven recommendations • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and business relevanceRequirements • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field • 2–4 years of experience in customer insights, data analytics, or market research • Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data visualization • Experience with statistical techniques and analytical modeling (e.g., regression, clustering) • Excellent storytelling skills—able to convert complex data into clear, persuasive insights • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally • Familiarity with the Australian consumer landscape is an advantage
