New Business Development Sales Associate - SME Solutions Flip NBN Maroubra, NSWAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly driven and results-focused New Business Development Sales Associate to spearhead the acquisition of new Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. You will be the primary engine of our growth, responsible for selling Flip Business Solutions—[e.g., Flip NBN, B2B payment platforms, business telecom]—to businesses looking to [e.g., improve cash flow, streamline operations, or scale their connectivity].This role is a pure hunter position, ideal for a professional who excels at identifying, engaging, and closing new business in a competitive market.Key Responsibilities1. New Business Acquisition (The Hunt) Prospecting & Lead Generation: Proactively identify and target new SME clients (companies with [e.g., 10-200] employees or [e.g., $100k - $1M] annual revenue) across retail, cafes, tech, manufacturing, services across Australia. Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach campaigns (cold calls, emails, social selling) to reach key decision-makers, including Business Owners, CFOs, and General Managers.Pipeline Management: Take full ownership of the sales cycle from initial contact and qualification through to presentation, negotiation, and contract closure.Sales Targets: Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly new business revenue and activity targets (KPIs).2. Solution Selling & ExpertiseNeeds Analysis: Conduct thorough discovery meetings to understand the specific cash flow, operational, or technological pain points within an SME.Solution Presentation: Articulate the value proposition of Flip Business Solutions clearly, positioning them as the ideal solution to address client challenges and drive their business growth.Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our entire product suite, pricing, and the competitive landscape.3.
