Overview:Lush Platters is the pioneer of luxury cheese platters and grazing tables in the Little Red Dot, offering a fresh and creative approach to catering for private and corporate events. We take pride in consistently delivering fresh, delicious, and high-quality food, paired with creative visual displays and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a Customer Service/Admin Executive to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our operations. Our location is in Senoko - near Woodlands Singapore. Key Responsibilities:Oversee Operations- Manage the day-to-day operations in the office, ensuring smooth workflow across all functions.  - Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient event planning, logistics, and client services. - Assist with catering operations, ensuring high-quality standards are met.Client and Event Management- Support corporate clients with event planning, organisation, and coordination, ensuring all needs are met.  - Work closely with clients to provide personalised quotes and invoices for services.  - Coordinate event logistics, including driver schedules and delivery arrangements, ensuring timely execution.Financial and Administrative Duties- Handle quoting, invoicing, and payments, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.  - Assist with basic accounting tasks such as tracking invoices and payments.  - Perform inventory audits and monitor stock levels, ensuring all necessary supplies are ordered and replenished.  - Assist staff with monthly expenses and claims.Compliance and Standards - Ensure all operations meet company standards and comply with health and safety regulations.  - Drive adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and service standards across the team.  - Regularly audit safety, hygiene, and service practices to maintain compliance with internal and external regulations.Team Collaboration- Build strong working relationships with team members, other departments, and vendors to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.Customer Care- Ensure excellent customer care by addressing client inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.  - Maintain a positive and professional approach when dealing with both customers and colleagues.Requirements and Skills:- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role (experience in event planning is a plus).- Proficiency in MS Office and general office management systems and procedures.- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Comfortable managing a multicultural team and fostering a collaborative environment.- Experience in managing budgets, quoting, and invoicing.- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays as needed.Join Our Team:We offer a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to be part of an award-winning team known for its creative flair and dedication to quality.
