Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Customer Service and Procurement Specialist (remote)Important!Work timings: 14:00 - 22:00 polish time Mon-FridCandidate will be responsible to manage PO creation activities, invoice queries, reports, data change in Oracle, supplier / contractor onboarding / offboarding in Client application.Responsibilities PR compliance checkPO creation, maintenance, expediting, manage cancellationsInvoice resolution in Client appCooperation with suppliers / stakeholdersSupplier / customer onboarding /offboarding, providing training to suppliers if needed (Customer tool)Reports creationEscalation managementSolving delivery issues (with suppliers, warehouse)Obtaining documentationInvoice creation in Client appCalls with suppliers, stakeholdersQualifications we seek in you!
