Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project & Client Success Coordinator to join our team in Poland. This is a client-facing role, providing critical project management, administrative, and client success support to our UK-based consulting team. High-level English speaking and communication skills are essential, as you will act as a key link between our clients and consultants, ensuring seamless project delivery and exceptional client service across borders.Key ResponsibilitiesProject/Programme Management Support the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects and programmes Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using project management tools Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items Monitor project budgets and assist with resource allocation Prepare regular project status reports for clients and internal stakeholdersAdministration Manage project documentation, contracts, and files in accordance with company standards Assist with onboarding new clients and team members Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and logistics for project teams Process invoices, expenses, and other administrative paperwork Maintain up-to-date records and documentationClient Success Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications related to project administration Ensure client queries are addressed promptly and professionally, demonstrating strong English language skills Gather client feedback and relay insights to the team for continuous improvement Support the development of client-facing materials, presentations, and reports Proactively identify and resolve potential issues impacting client satisfactionRequired Skills & Experience Proven experience in project coordination, administration, or client-facing roles (consulting experience a plus) Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with clients Proficiency with project management and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work Collaborative team player with a client-first mindsetList Of Required Activities Schedule and coordinate project meetings and client calls Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables Maintain project documentation and records Process invoices, expenses, and administrative paperwork Manage client onboarding and support ongoing client communications Gather and report client feedback Prepare project status updates and presentations for stakeholders Ensure client issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, communicating clearly and professionally in EnglishHow We Support Our ColleaguesIn addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage an inclusive workforce.
