Roles & Responsibilities Pro-Active to existing customer and best effort tocustomers termination Conduct welcome call to new connected customer to brief onbilling cycle & payment, value added service & feature,and how to get support. Prepare full account development plan in order to identifyall aspects of customers business in terms of revenue,requirements, opportunities, risk, etc. Call visit to existing customers and site visit to findout the customers’ satisfaction on ONLINE’s and offer asolution if needed. Get list few months alert before customer due contract endto review on service package compare to current marketprice by offer loyalty upgrade by quarterly. Dealing with customer through call, face to face who wishto terminate service either during or contract expired. Investigate the complaint and cooperate with TechnicalSupport Team to offer the appropriate solution for problemcustomers To create / maintain excellent relationships withcustomers and with the specified persons and be able totailor pitch the product according to their specifications. Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company toensure Business Professionalism &Integrity. Escalate customer requests for special privileges tomanager for approval on a case to case basis. Perform other tasks assigned by line managerJob Requirements BBA or other qualifications or specialized / skills /knowledge Strong knowledge of customer behavior and sale andmarketing Strong team work and friendly Good interpersonal and communication skills Passion for sales and willing to work hard Good command of English or Chinese is an advantage.
