Job Summary:The Spa Supervisor oversees daily spa operations, including receptionist scheduling, guest service quality, and booking management. They assist with guest inquiries, resolve complaints, coordinate with hotel departments, and maintain clean, well-organized work areas. The role includes training new staff, handling cash flow and reporting, managing stock requests, and ensuring all services meet company standards. The supervisor also reviews guest feedback to help improve spa treatments and supports the Spa Manager with administrative tasks.Key Responsibility: Conducting general receptionist duties, create receptionist daily and monthly scheduleContributing to the high level of services in accordance with the company’s standard as prescribed in Standard Operation Manual.Assist Spa Receptionist in responding to the phone call and enquiries in professional manner.Identify, evaluate and solve guests’ complaints in timely manner.Coordinating spa media events and provide necessary information about facilities, special package & service as requested.Provide on job training to new staff member.Overseeing spa booking and coordinating with Casino or Hotel.Ensure the receptionist and therapist, associated equipment and all work areas are clean and well maintained at all time.Handling the incentives/tips recording system and ensure that it is carried out accurately in accordance with accounting policies & procedures. (if any)Control the cash flow system and transactions process at the reception area.Update operation logbook regularly in work shift, handover to the other shift for follow up.To check the daily reports and update the monthly reports accurately and efficiently.To complete all assignments stated by deadlines with the spa manger’s guidelines.To respond to the change as indicated by the company.To be well knowledge in all aspects of Spa facilities, policies and procedures.To Supervise completion of tasks regarding all daily check list and delegated tasks as necessary to staff to ensure completion in a timely manner.To ensure complete preparation of weekly requests of par stocks and supplies.To assist in the preparation of reports, including: sick leave holidays, unpaid time off, ceremonies, etc.Monthly summary of treatments and guest information.Complete understanding of and adhere to the company’s policy and procedures.Know all available spa services.Double-checking all spa bookings.Refresh and develop treatments when guest comments are suitable. Communicate this with Spa Manager & Spa Trainer.Be proactive in self-setting specific goals to develop in professional career.
