This means you will:Monitoring orders to ensure smooth operations;Coordinating customer backorders to meet monthly targets effectively;Managing your accounts and ensuring customer engagement;Address and coordinate customer complaints and warranty requests;Collaborating closely with colleagues from diverse departments to deliver the best services;Analyze data to identify trends and implement proactive follow-up measures;Have projects and/or key user responsibilities based on your interests within the company.WHAT DO YOU BRING?Fluency in German, both oral and written. Professional proficiency in English. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.Experience in customer service or order processingStrong communication and team skillsIdeally based near MilsbeekGood knowledge of MS Office, including Excel.
