Customer Success Manager – Pre-IPO FinTech SaaS | Sydney$80k base + super | $120k OTE (uncapped)High-velocity environment | 150-account portfolio | Rapid-growth SaaS scale-upA fast-growing, pre-IPO FinTech SaaS vendor is expanding its ANZ footprint and is looking for a high-energy Customer Success Manager to join the Sydney team.This is a high-velocity, growth-focused role managing ~150 SMB/MM accounts — perfect for someone with early-career CSM or Account Management experience who wants to accelerate into a fast-paced, modern SaaS environment.About the RoleYou’ll be responsible for driving adoption, retention, and expansion across a large portfolio of existing customers. This isn’t a call-centre role — you’ll build meaningful relationships at scale, working closely with customers to help them get maximum value from the platform.You’ll partner with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience while spotting upsell opportunities and ensuring strong renewal rates.What You’ll Be DoingManage a portfolio of ~150 SMB/MM customers, ensuring strong product adoptionRun structured QBRs, product walkthroughs, and success plans at scaleIdentify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales on expansionReduce churn through proactive engagement, health monitoring, and risk mitigationAct as the bridge between customers and Product to improve the platformDeliver high-quality customer experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentWhat You Bring1+ years’ experience in Customer Success or Account Management (SaaS preferred)Experience managing multiple customers simultaneously (high-volume or SMB/MM experience ideal)Strong communication skills and an ability to simplify complex conceptsA proactive, commercially-minded approachA desire to grow quickly within a scaling FinTech SaaS environmentWhy Join?Join a well-funded, pre-IPO FinTech scaling rapidly across ANZClear progression into Senior CSM / Enterprise CSM as the region growsWork with a supportive leadership team invested in your developmentCompetitive $80k base + super + uncapped commissions (OTE $120k)Sydney-based role with hybrid flexibility
