As Customer Success Manager, your mission is to establish and maintain profitable, long-term relationships with NCS clients in the Interior and Exterior design segment. You will collaborate closely with the NCS+ team, the flagship solution within the NCS digital suite, and engage with both license and physical products.The position encompasses the full customer journey: from identifying new leads and presenting tailored NCS solutions, to driving cross- and up-selling opportunities and strengthening existing partnerships. Your contribution will be central to enhancing customer satisfaction and expanding NCS’s presence in the design market.We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and results-oriented professional who excels at navigating client organizations, building strategic relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor. The ideal candidate combines openness and drive with the ability to deliver measurable impact.This role is based at our Stockholm office and reports directly to the Head of Area Sales.Key responsibilities:Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract execution and onboardingDrive customer onboarding and identified growth opportunities in existing accounts through upselling and cross-sellingBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key decision makersStrengthen customer loyalty through proactive engagement and satisfaction initiativesCollaborate with internal teams to deliver great customer experienceContinually expand sales and product knowledgeOptimize onboarding and upselling processesSecure high renewal rates through value-driven customer communicationYour background:3+ years of proven success in sales and customer relationship managementStrong C-level/Executive communication skills; clear, structured, and adapt to diverse audiencesExperience in Customer Success, Account Management or related fieldsCommercial mindset with a track record of driving renewals and delivering measurable business outcomesSkilled in prospecting, new account development, and growth strategiesExcellent negotiation, persuasion, and influencing abilitiesDemonstrated capability to build and sustain long-term client relationshipsCollaborative and customer-focused, adept at fostering trust with both clients and cross-functional teamsSelf-driven, proactive, and results-oriented professionalExperience working with SMEs and large enterprises is an advantageFluent in Swedish and English; additional languages are a plusWe offer:A colourful workplace with a growth minded leadership – growing our people while growing the business.A global work environment with the opportunity to have a key role in scaling NCS Colour through license, cross-selling and customer relations.Opportunity to shape your own path within the realm of our business.Competitive compensation package (salary, commission, pension, health contribution).About us:NCS Colour® is a global provider of colour communication solutions.
