This role ensures strong data workflows, accurate reporting, and collaboration across multiple teams, contributing directly to the efficiency and intelligence of clinical and operational processes.Key Responsibilities Reporting & BI DevelopmentBuild Power BI dashboards across Clinical, Operational, Finance, Research, and Patient Experience streams.Develop reusable semantic models, DAX measures, KPI definitions, and time-intelligence logic.Implement Row Level Security (RLS) and ensure data confidentiality based on ADHICS and internal governance. Data Engineering SupportIntegrate datasets from EMR Systems, wearables, PACS, survey systems, and research environments.Build and maintain dataflows, pipelines, and transformations in Microsoft Fabric (Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2).Work closely with Data Engineering to optimize ingestion, transformations, and schema design. Advanced Analytics & Insight GenerationPerform deep-dive analysis for clinical outcomes, compliance, operational performance, and longitudinal health data.Develop insights for leadership dashboards, quarterly board updates, clinical decision support, and research partners. Quality, Governance & DocumentationEnsure data accuracy and maintain validation frameworks and quality controls across pipelines.Maintain clear technical documentation for models, datasets, dictionary, logic, and workflows.Support the rollout of IHLAD Data Governance, Metadata, and Ownership frameworks. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with clinicians, nurses, front desk, operations, research teams, finance, and senior leadership.Align with external vendors for integrations, data extracts, APIs, WSDLs, and transformation requirements.Support training and onboarding for dashboards and reports.Governance & ComplianceReporting StructureReports to the Head of Data & Analytics (Andri T.
