Job Description

Key responsibilitiesCreate models to group different channels that engage with the client business to provide insights and identify where each individual is in the sales cycle and conversion funnelProvide comprehensive Tableau/Looker Studio-based dashboards and reporting at the client/audience level, tied to products using key performance indicators and benchmarksCollaborate with developers of other systems to test, update and optimise data integration across sales and marketing systemsPartner closely with business stakeholders to define and understand data visualisation requirements in order to plan integration implementationMine data from primary and secondary sources and organise it in an easily comprehensible formatDevelop and maintain data integration components, such as SQL queries, stored procedures, data extraction and cleansing, and integrate with system componentsConduct in-depth analysis and evaluation of data using analytical and logical reasoning to examine each component of data providedCreate appropriate documentation that enables stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis processPrepare reports for executive leadership on trends, patterns and predictions arrived at from relevant dataProvide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errorsCollaborate with senior digital marketing team members and leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modificationsSet and maintain custom events, goals and funnels where requiredCreate, update and maintain custom dashboards on GA4Recommend A/B or multivariate tests to improve user experience and conversionLeverage SEO reports to produce dashboardsProduce monthly reports based on web, email, social, advertising, and podcast analytics data Use data and reports to provide insights on improving user experienceKey competenciesWillingness to work in a UK shift (IST 11:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m./12:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.) and a hybrid work modelBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a comparable qualification in a quantitative field (such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics or Statistics)Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, KPIs and dataOver two years’ experience in a similar capacityPractical knowledge of data in various forms, such as data warehouses/SQL and unstructured data environmentsExtensive experience implementing solutions for data visualisation using Power BI/Tableau/looker StudioStrong understanding of machine learning techniques, statistical analysis and data modellingKnowledge of web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, would be an added advantageHands-on knowledge and experience in programming and statistical languages, such as SQL, Python and RExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks while maintaining flexibility in a diverse teamSolution-oriented with a high sense of quality, attention to detail, accuracy, efficiency and the ability to meet tight deadlinesExperience of working with multiple stakeholders to gather requirements, attend to change requests and deliver outputKnowledge of/interest in capital markets, funds and asset management would be an added advantageA team player who is also able to work independently, manage a team and handle conflicting priorities while maintaining performance
