Role Description This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Data Lead in the banking sector, located in Mississauga, ON, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Data Lead will manage and analyze large datasets, create detailed data models, and oversee data governance to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Daily tasks will include analyzing data trends, identifying actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making, and liaising with stakeholders to implement data solutions that align with organizational objectives. Qualifications Proven expertise in Data Analytics, Data Analysis, and Analytical SkillsExperience in Data Management and developing efficient data storage solutionsProficiency in Data Modeling, including the understanding of database structures and schema designStrong problem-solving and critical thinking abilitiesAbility to effectively manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience in the banking or financial sector is a significant advantageBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
