A growing Tech Solutions company based in Toronto with presence in Canada amnd USA is looking for a Talent and Business Media Lead.Job Title: Talent and Business Media LeadJob Location: Toronto Job Type: Full-TimeThis is a Hybrid role that requires mandatory time in Office and some work can be from home office . At least two days and in some weeks 3-4 days will be required from office on Queen St E (This is non negotiable).Key responsibilities: Talent Management and RecruitingSourcing and attracting candidates using our professional network and the LinkedIn Recuiter App to screen applicants and search to find potential new hires for the company's growing Talent needs. Conduct pre-screening interviews, and understanding the unique needs strengths nad weaknesses of applicants. Schedule technical interviews with the Tech Leads and Department heads for final interviews. Guiding applicants through the hiring process and ensuring a positive experience. Working closely with Execs and other stakeholders to understand success factors and develop effective recruiting strategies. Facilitate job offers, including negotiating salary, responsibilities, and other terms of employment. Understanding of DEI and fair workplace opportunity topics and a passion for social justice and equity. Business/Social Media Responsibilities: Content writing for new campaigns and to drive company's brand on LinkedIN and online using online marketing strategies and creative work. Working with designers and Developers to grow company's online presence. Create, curate, and edit written, image, and video content that aligns with the brand's voice and marketing goals. Develop and implement social media campaigns, and manage the posting schedule. Work is hybrid and requires mandatory time in Office and some workcan be from home office . At least two days and in some weeks 3-4 days will be required from office on Queen St E (This is non negotiable). If you are strong in Social/Business Media marketing, we may be able to help you learn the Talent Management side depending upon your learning curve, communication skills and other related skills like being able to use business apps like LinkedIn. Success factors - Attention to detail, experience with Recruitment, and Talent Management, Cordial Personality, Persuasion skills, Rapport development, Coordination skills, Capacity to learn basic tech terms.
