They are now seeking a motivated Junior Data Scientist to join their team.The Opportunity This is an excellent chance for a graduate or early-career data professional to develop hands-on experience. You’ll collaborate with experienced data scientists, analysts, and engineers, contributing to projects that directly influence business strategy and client outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesCollect, clean, and analyse datasets from various sourcesSupport the development and evaluation of statistical and machine learning modelsProduce clear visualisations and dashboards to present insightsAssist senior data scientists on analytics and modelling projectsCommunicate findings to stakeholders across the businessHelp improve data processes, pipelines, and toolingWhat My Client Is Looking ForDegree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similarPractical experience with Python or RFamiliarity with tools such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or equivalentBasic SQL knowledgeStrong analytical and problem-solving mindsetClear communication skills and eagerness to learnInternship, project work, or portfolio examples are beneficial but not requiredWhat’s on OfferHybrid working (2–3 days per week in Bristol)Structured development and mentoringTraining allowance for conferences, courses, and certifications25 days annual leave + bank holidaysPension and wellbeing benefitsSupportive team culture with regular social activities
