This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth, high-impact environment where your technical leadership will directly contribute to our success.About the RoleReporting into our Business Partnering team, you’ll be responsible for keeping Clarify’s IT operations secure, efficient, and forward-looking. You’ll mentor an IT Technician, serve as the first point of escalation for complex technical issues, and help ensure our systems and services support the needs of a fast-moving business.What You’ll DoOversee the daily running of IT systems, ensuring all networks, hardware, and software function effectively.Monitor and respond to all Clarify employees in both UK & USADiagnose, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and softwareDeliver hands-on support for troubleshooting, system maintenance, and network administration.Identify opportunities for system improvements, upgrades, and configurations.Collaborate with our internal Learning Academy to shape IT training for employees.Monitor performance of all equipment, software, and services, ensuring reliability and compliance with KPIs.Act as a trusted escalation point for technical challenges impacting business continuity.What You’ll BringPrevious experience in an Senior Support role, with a strong understanding of operational IT in a commercial setting.High commercial awareness - you understand how IT impacts wider business strategy and performance.Strong prioritisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.A track record of delivering in fast-paced, high-volume environments.Self-motivated, collaborative, and confident in owning your area of responsibility.Technical SkillsWindows-based IT infrastructure managementMicrosoft 365 deployments, including Teams and SharePointOn-premises Active Directory (including GPOs)Azure Active Directory and Microsoft IntunePowerShell scripting and automationIP networking design, configuration, and troubleshootingSupport for remote and hybrid teamsExposure to tools such as Salesforce, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and SharePointWhy you’ll love it hereAt Clarify, we’re as committed to our people as we are to our performance.
