London with daily travel across 4 boroughs + virtual coachingSalary: £30,000.00 per annum, dependent on experienceContract: PermanentHours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30Are you a professional Neurodiversity coach, able to offer coaching and training approaches?3SC is a social business with expertise in building and managing public service contracts, part of Twin Group.As a Neurodiversity Coach, you work with people marginalised by society, and you will support them in fulfilling their goals.You will primarily be working face-to-face across London, where you will be providing in-person screening and coaching to neurodiverse offenders and providing training and support to IOM staff with their neurodiverse participants.Key ResponsibilitiesOne-to-one support and coachingDelivering to specified targets, quality standards and compliance measuresUsing motivational and action planning techniques to manage the progression of customersAssessing strengths and weaknesses in a participant's performance and identifying areas for further developmentAdapting to the needs and interests of group or individual participantsInspiring confidence and self-beliefMeasuring and reporting customer outcomes using methodologies, including distance travelled toolsQualifications Level 5 qualification in Coaching, or Teaching qualifications or significant coaching experience.
