You will work closely with programme teams to define meaningful objectives, track progress, and evaluate whether our interventions drive measurable changes in knowledge, attitudes and behaviours. You will be responsible for conducting organisational capacity assessments, supporting partners to conduct quality monitoring and evaluation, and evaluating the impact of behaviour change campaigns.This role requires sharp analytical thinking, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to communicate evidence clearly to diverse stakeholders. It is primarily focused on an exciting portfolio of counter-disinformation programming inThe Senior MEL Manager role can be based in Yerevan working remotely or in London as a Hybrid role, and expected to be in our London office at least 3 days per week.What You'll Be Doing Leading the design and execution of monitoring and evaluation plans, including developing meaningful performance indicators and identifying relevant data collection processes Conducting organisational capacity assessments with CSOs and Government agencies Designing, executing and advising on outcome assessments, including surveys and focus groups Facilitating MEL planning and learning workshops with diverse team members Developing data collection tools to monitor progress over time, supporting staff with varying levels of expertise to use them Analysing qualitative and quantitative performance data Presenting performance analysis and evaluation to project teams and clients, supporting them to interpret findings and integrate learning Leading reporting on project outputs and outcomes to clients in both long form documents and presentations, supporting other team members to report their progress effectively Providing support and advice to stakeholders across the business in monitoring, evaluation and learning Developing innovative approaches to mining data on the impact of our campaign Represent Zinc at high-level meetings with clients and project partners,All while embodying the values of Zinc NetworkRequirementsWhat We're Looking For 3-5 years of progressively responsible monitoring, evaluation and learning experience, ideally with experience evaluating organisational capacity building and campaigns An AI-fist mindset, confident in using AI powered tools to be more efficient and effective Experience supporting partner organisations to design and execute high quality MEL Experience of designing and executing results frameworks - developing indicators, identifying relevant data sources and collection mechanisms Familiarity with core monitoring and evaluation approaches, for example, theories of change, assessing change over time, mixed methods research Confidence working with digital data sets to understand and evidence attitudinal and behavioural change Experience of designing and managing primary data collection processes, such as surveys and focus groups, including managing third party data collection process and quality assurance Experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, ideally with some understanding of statistical principles and analysis Experience presenting evaluation findings in a clear, compelling way, to non-technical audiences Experience facilitating online and offline workshops Excellent communication skills - written, oral and data visualisation Some knowledge of Armenia and/or the Western Balkans is a plusArea of SelectionWe're committed to hiring a diverse workforce from different professional and cultural backgrounds, and to that end we encourage a variety of people to apply to join our company to represent the diverse range of subjects associated with our projects.Conditions of EmploymentCandidates who receive a job offer will be required to: Disclose any previous disciplinary action against them resulting from a substantiated safeguarding (including any breaches involving trafficking- related activities) or workplace investigation Undergo background checks including employment verification, sexual offender registry (as available), identity confirmation, and anti-terrorism vettingHow To ApplyPlease include a cover letter stating how you meet each of the requirements.If you require an accommodation to be made at any point throughout the recruitment process, please advise us when contacted.Applications deadline in 9pm on Tuesday, December 9th.
