Making a difference to the lives of our customers each and every day.We're recruiting a Senior Leadership Support Officer to support our Senior Nursing Leadership Team - a pivotal role that ensures smooth operations and helps drive excellence in patient care.As a key member of our support team, you'll provide high-quality assistance to our senior nursing leaders. Your role will be essential in coordinating activities, facilitating collaboration, and keeping everything running like clockwork. We need you to be dynamic and proactive in organising us!You'll Help Us Make Health Happen BySupporting and facilitating the planning and delivery of meetings involving the senior leadership team, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, generating action plans and following up on outcomesManaging and coordinating the review process of policies and documents owned by the senior leadership team, ensuring that they are updated, approved and communicated in line with the hospital standards and regulationsProducing, editing and quality checking various documents for the senior leadership team, such as presentations, policy documents, work instructions and newsletters, ensuring that they are accurate, clear and consistentProviding support for HR processes where required by acting as a note taker for interviews, appraisals, disciplinary hearings and grievances involving the senior leadership team or their staffUpdating and maintaining action logs for the senior leadership team, tracking the progress and completion of assigned tasks and projectsSupporting the senior leadership team in undertaking day to day department managerial and organizational tasksPerforming other ad hoc duties as assigned by the senior leadership team, such as filing, data entry/ analysis, and researchKey Skills / Qualifications Needed For This RoleProven experience in a similar administrative role, supporting complex teams or stakeholders across multiple departments.Key is effective communication skills and prioritisation abilities for a variety of senior leaders with competing agendas.A proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.Networking ability.Strong diary management and multitasking skills.Confidence in meeting coordination, minute taking, and action tracking.A good standard of education, including English and Maths.Experience in a healthcare setting (desirable but not essential).BenefitsOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
