With over 10 years of applied experience in a business environment, the successful candidate will be instrumental in leveraging advanced statistical inference, experimentation, and causal analysis to influence strategic decisions across the organization. This role demands a trusted data storyteller with excellent coding skills in SQL and Python, a passion for data-driven insights, and a deep understanding of product, payroll, benefits, and HR data. As a key leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance—to define and track critical metrics, deliver actionable insights, and support AI-driven initiatives that accelerate analysis and broaden impact across Gusto.
