Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market and sales strategy for AI solutions, including target segmentation, pricing, and revenue goals.Build and manage a sales pipeline across hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center clients.Lead deal origination, client engagement, and contract negotiations to drive new business and recurring revenue.Partnership DevelopmentIdentify and secure strategic partnerships with system integrators, cloud providers, technology alliances, and sustainability platforms.Build joint value propositions and go-to-market programs with partners to accelerate market penetration.Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure mutual success and long-term collaboration.Market Engagement & Thought LeadershipRepresent company in industry events, forums, and strategic discussions with data center operators, government agencies, and sustainability advocates.Gather market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to shape commercial strategy and inform product roadmap.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align solution capabilities with market requirements.Co-develop sales enablement materials, case studies, and ROI models that communicate business value effectively.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.7–10 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships, ideally in AI software, data center technology, or sustainability sectors.Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and building long-term client relationships.Strong understanding of digital infrastructure, energy efficiency, or data center operations.Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to operate independently and scale commercial initiatives from ground up.Why Join UsLead the commercial growth of one of Singapore’s most exciting AI deep-tech companies.Build global partnerships that redefine the sustainability and efficiency of digital infrastructure.Collaborate with a high-caliber team of AI scientists, engineers, and business leaders.Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives.ContactEmail: charlotte.guo@ambition.com.sg
