Business Development Manager (BIM) – Singapore📍 Location: SingaporeNationality : Singaporean We are looking for a Business Development Manager with experience in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Engineering Design services. This role is all about growing our business, building client relationships, and opening new opportunities in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.What You’ll Do:• Create and implement strategies to grow our BIM/Design business.• Build strong relationships with clients and partners across Australia and internationally.• Identify new markets and business opportunities.• Work with technical teams to deliver solutions that fit client needs.• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.• Manage the sales pipeline – from finding leads to closing deals.• Lead and guide a small sales team.What We’re Looking For:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.• 3+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales in BIM or related services (VDC, CAD, GIS, LiDAR, Scan-to-BIM, Visualization).• Strong track record in achieving sales targets.• Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.• Experience using CRM software and MS Office.• Ability to work independently and also with cross-functional teams.
