We are building a family of lifestyle brands with a vision to create a lasting, positive impact on everyday life.Fiskars is now looking for a Demand Analyst to join our team in Atlanta, GA, supporting our partnership with Home Depot.About The RoleThe Demand Analyst plays a key role in forecasting and demand planning for assigned customers and products, acting as the bridge between Sales and Supply teams. You’ll help create and maintain accurate forecast models using historical data, market intelligence, and cross-functional input to drive inventory decisions that meet customer needs while minimizing excess inventory.This role also manages incoming orders for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth order flow through our systems, and supports monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) reviews. You’ll assist with departmental projects, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help enhance forecasting tools and processes.What You’ll DoDevelop collaborative, data-driven forecasts using historical sales, market trends, POS data, inventory levels, promotions, and other key inputs.Align forecasts with inventory objectives and customer service expectations.Analyze and present demand forecasts, highlighting variances and trends, and recommend adjustments.Support event and promotional forecasting to ensure accurate item information.Manage order and system maintenance for assigned accounts, resolving issues related to orders, product information, and pricing.Communicate proactively with Sales, Supply, and Channel teams to ensure alignment on forecasts, initiatives, and performance.Monitor customer satisfaction and service levels, balancing client needs with business objectives.Track and report KPIs on a regular basis, providing insights to management and stakeholders.Maintain accurate system data parameters to support forecasting processes.What You BringBachelor’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.3–5 years of experience in forecasting, demand planning, or inventory management.Experience in a consumer products environment supporting major retailers preferred.Strong analytical skills and understanding of forecasting methods and their business impact.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Problem-solving mindset and a strong service orientation.Working knowledge of ERP systems, BI tools, Microsoft Excel, and forecasting software.Location & Work ModelThis role is based in Atlanta, GA, and follows a hybrid work model (onsite/remote).Why Apply?Even if you don’t meet every requirement listed, we encourage you to apply with a cover letter explaining why your skills and experience make you a strong fit.
