Collaborate with internal teams to forecast demand and plan replenishmentAnalyze inventory levels and recommend actions to ensure availability and avoid overstockMonitor supply chain KPIs and identify opportunities to improve service levels and efficiencyMaintain and update product master data and system parameters supporting sales operationsPrepare and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports, ensuring data accuracy and on-time delivery to both internal stakeholders and suppliersAct as point of contact for suppliers to streamline data flow, ensure timely deliveries and strengthen collaborationProvide ad-hoc reporting support to Sales and Commercial teamsValidate or deactivate product codes based on business needsWork closely with IT to enhance reporting tools and automate recurring reporting processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Data & Reporting areaThe Demand and Replenishment Planning Specialist at INTERBRANDS ORBICO in the Supply Department should possess the following qualifications:Proven experience in demand forecasting and inventory managementAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trendsProficiency in using supply chain management softwareExcellent communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracyKnowledge of best practices in supply chain planningBachelor's degreeCompensation and Benefits:Gross monthly salary: 8,889 RON (equivalent to approx. 5,200 RON net)Meal vouchers: 40 RON / worked dayHybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote per week, according to internal policyPrivate medical insurance covered by the companyChristmas and Easter bonusesOpportunity to purchase products from our portfolio at a discounted price or through salary deductionReferral bonusAdditional paid days off depending on tenure in the team
