We want you to be part of our growth journey and of a great, global family.An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon, Ilfov.Reporting to Commercial Director, you will receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered, to provide good service for customers.This Is What You Will DoRecord and process orders and/or inquiries received by e.g. EDI, mail.Handle complains within clearly defined instructions.Coordinate orders and deliveries with clients.Collect and provide products’ information within established guidelines.Report centralized credit notes within established limitations and confirm orders.Serve as communication link between customers, customer service and sales staff.Track order activity, and alert appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.,This Is What You Need To SucceedUniversity Degree Fluent in Romanian and English At least 2 years’ experience in a similar roleGood knowledge and experience of working with key MS Office packageGood knowledge of applying corresponding business system (ERP)Good knowledge of relevant sales and delivery processes and termYour “power Skills”Efficient communications with ability to influence both external customers and internally Adapt to new ideas and initiatives over a variety of situationsSelf starter with drive and tenacityTeam player – enjoys working across multiple functionsWhat We Offer To YouThe opportunity to work with a company who has a great focus on its people, they are our most important ingredient.
