We’re now building product-led solutions (Helium, Zone, AI Source, HyperGift and more). This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product and sales – a high-impact seat where your work will directly feed the company’s ARR growth.The Role – Why It MattersYou’ll keep our marketing engine firing and build a repeatable demand funnel that delivers sales-ready conversations. You’ll write the copy, run the campaigns, own landing pages and measurement, deliver monthly webinars/podcasts and hand over quality leads to Sales.What You’ll OwnPlan & run multi-channel demand campaigns (Paid Search / Social, LinkedIn, retargeting, email).Write campaign copy and build high-converting landing pages and nurture sequences.Own organic & paid search coordination and lead CRO efforts.Run HyperHotels content: monthly webinars/podcast episodes that convert.Implement end-to-end tracking (GA4 + CRM) and report weekly on MQL→SQL, CAC & marketing-sourced pipeline.Coordinate with Sales, Product and RevOps; document repeatable playbooks and processes.What Success Looks LikeDay 60: 6-8 high-quality MQLs and 2-3 tested landing pages; a webinar/podcast episode delivered.Day 90: Sustained 1-2 Sales handoffs per week; baseline 8-12 MQLs/month; podcast live and events/roadshow plan in place.6 months: Predictable marketing-sourced pipeline, CAC reporting and documented playbooks.About You4-6 years in digital marketing for B2B SaaS, hospitality/tourism or B2B with proven, measurable lead→revenue outcomes.Hands-on with SEO, paid search/social, LinkedIn Ads, email automation, GA4 and CRO.Excellent copywriting/editorial instincts and a data-driven mindset.Comfortable in a small, fast-moving business – you’ll execute and create process.Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
