Design Coordinator-Fit-Out

CriteriaEducational Background: Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.Industry Experience: Prior work with main contractors or interior fit-out firms, preferably on high-profile commercial or residential projects.Project Exposure: Demonstrated ability to handle end-to-end fit-out works—from design development to execution.Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Client-Facing Skills: Ability to interpret client requirements and translate them into actionable design and construction plans.Technical SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, MS Office Suite.Strong grasp of construction drawings, design detailing, and technical coordination.3–7 years of experience in fit-out design coordination (commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential projects).Proven track record of working with Tier 1 contractors or recognized fit-out companies.Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and delivering projects within tight deadlines.Exposure to UAE/GCC projects is often preferred, given regional compliance and client expectations.Ability to prepare design documentation, review shop drawings, and oversee site execution.
