This senior role will oversee and elevate all procurement, tendering, and commercial functions across a growing portfolio of residential and mixed-use projects.We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on leader with deep commercial expertise and the ability to implement transparent, value-driven processes that enhance efficiency and support business objectives.What We’re Looking For18+ years’ experience in procurement and commercial management within major UAE/GCC developers or contractorsProven ability to standardise tendering and procurement proceduresDegree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, or similar (Master’s/MRICS/PMP an advantage)Strong knowledge of contracts, claims, EOT, change management, and commercial risk mitigationExperience negotiating high-value procurement packagesFluent in Arabic and English, with strong stakeholder-management skillsLeadership experience managing and developing commercial/procurement teamsHigh integrity and commitment to transparencyWhy Join?A rare opportunity to take full ownership of the procurement and commercial function within a respected, fast-growing developer.
