Role Description We are seeking a full-time Design Manager to join our team on-site at our Lahore location. The Design Manager will oversee design projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing design teams, coordinating with clients, supervising project timelines, reviewing designs for accuracy and feasibility, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the seamless execution of projects. The Design Manager will play a crucial role in driving innovative and sustainable design strategies. Qualifications Proficiency in CAD software, design software, and technical drawingsStrong project management capabilities, including team collaboration and communicationUnderstanding of construction processes, materials, and sustainability practicesExceptional problem-solving and decision-making skillsExcellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projectsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience in design management or a similar role in the construction industryFamiliarity with local building codes and regulatory complianceAbility to foster a collaborative and innovative team environment
