Our studio has a diverse clientele and a strong retail presence, offering bridals, formals, partywear, pret, and unstitched collections. We are now expanding our creative team and looking for a Senior Fashion Designer who can elevate our design direction and lead with creativity, discipline, and an eye for detail.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design of bridals, formals, luxury pret, and festive wear collections.Oversee embroidery detailing, fabric selection, motifs, embellishment techniques, and finishing standards.Supervise sampling, ensure precision in cutting, construction, and detailing.Guide pattern masters, tailors, and embroidery teams ensuring flawless execution.Research current trends in eastern couture, silhouettes, and luxury craftsmanship.Ensure each design meets the brand aesthetics, luxury feel, and commercial needs.Collaborate during shoots to ensure the final styling matches the design intention.RequirementsMinimum 5 years experience as a designer in bridal, couture, or high-end fashion brands.Strong command over hand embroidery, zardozi, dabka, resham, sequence, beadwork, and fabric manipulation.Strong command and sense of merchandisingAbility to design complete collections, not just individual outfits.Excellent sketching (hand or digital) and design visualization skills.Strong sense of color theory, trend analysis, and commercial viability.Must be creative, disciplined, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
